Registration fee includes:

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.
Students must be enrolled in at least 6 units. Post doctoral fellows are not eligible for the student rate.

Delegates can choose to attend the 3 hour session (includes 30 minute break) or up to two 1.5 hour sessions. Pre-booking is essential and there are a limited number of spaces available for each workshop. Please follow the link included in your registration confirmation email to book. On Tuesday, 28 February during the lunch session, conference attendees will have the opportunity to network at discussion roundtables focused on common research, policy and advocacy topics. If you are interested in facilitating a networking roundtable on any topic related to active living, please fill-in your topic area in the related question when registering to the conference or contact email@example.com (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) with the topic title and your name, email and affiliation. The roundtables are meant to be a casual discussion and question/answer session, and do not require any formal presentation. Participants will choose roundtables based on topics. To prevent overlap and ensure a broad range of roundtables, not all topics nominated will be guaranteed.
On Monday evening (February 27th) we will have a lively, home grown dance party featuring some of our own multi-talented colleagues. If you are interested in leading the group in one or two of your favorite dances please complete the section on the registration system or send your name, email and affiliation to firstname.lastname@example.org (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances). Just bring your own music and lots of energy!
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 1 January 2017, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 15 January 2017, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 15 January 2017, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
